The Wired Zombie | Starbucks Secret Menu

While this isn’t a seasonal recipe, we love how perfect it is for Halloween! An awesome mix of red and zombie green colors, it’s a feast for your taste buds and your eyes!

Don’t worry, no zombie flavoring though. It’s a fruity delight with a great energy boost from the green tea matcha and green coffee extract in the refresher!

  • Valencia Orange Refresher No longer available. Sub with Strawberry Acai or Cool Lime Refresher based on preference/availibility
  • Light lemonade, no water
  • Add matcha green tea powder (1 scoop tall, 2 grande & venti, 3 trenta)
  • Add classic syrup (½ pump tall, 1 grande, 1.5 venti, 2 trenta)
  • Top with raspberry syrup (½ pump tall, 1 grande, 1.5 venti, 2 trenta)

By now you’ve probably heard the exciting news! Starbucks is releasing its first new holiday drink in 5 years! The Chestnut Praline Latte is set to hit stores November 12 along with the popular holiday beverages, the Peppermint Mocha and Gingerbread Latte. See the press release here.

The aptly named seasonal beverage was tested in some markets last year and received some stellar reviews!

According to a Starbucks spokeswoman, the new beverage is “inspired by the time-honored holiday tradition of warm roasted chestnuts… with freshly steamed milk and flavors of caramelized chestnuts and spices.”

We’re excited to try it and see the new ingredients that come with the Chestnut Praline Latte. New secret menu recipes? You betcha!

On another note, we notice there is no mention of the Caramel Brulee Latte, one of our favorites! Hope that the new latte isn’t meant to replace our precious Caramel Brulee Latte! Looks like we’ll just have to wait and see.

Vanilla White Mocha Frappuccino | Starbucks Secret Menu

vanilla white mocha frappuccino

Vanilla White Mocha Frappuccino | Starbucks Secret Menu

If you’re familiar with our recipes, you’ll notice that some require quite a few ingredients or additions. The others like this Vanilla White Mocha Frappuccino, are sweet and simple. After all, sometimes less is more.

There’s just one substitution, but it creates a whole new flavor. A delicious flavor since the syrups compliment each other so well!

As with many our recipes, this one can be enjoyed in both hot, iced or Frappuccino form.

Here’s the recipe (Frappuccino):

  • White Mocha Frappuccino
  • Half white mocha syrup/half vanilla syrup (1 pump each for tall, 1.5 grande, 2 venti)
  • Double blend

Recipe for hot and iced version:

  • White Mocha
  • Half white mocha syrup/half vanilla syrup (1.5 pump each for tall, 2 grande, 2.5 venti, 3 iced venti)
  • Ask for the beverage to be stirred

With the ratios above you’re substituting half the syrup for another type so there should be no additional costs with this recipe.

If you prefer your beverage on the sweeter side though, feel free to add additional pumps of syrup in equal ratios. (ie. an additional ½ pump of white mocha, and ½ pump of vanilla)

White Chocolate Cinnamon Chai Latte | Starbucks Secret Menu

Although we love our creative names here at Starbucks Secret Menu, sometimes it’s nice to stick to ingredients. It’s self explanatory, and when it consists of 3 complimentary ingredients like these, you really don’t need much embellishment.

The White Chocolate Cinnamon Chai Latte is rich and indulgent and goes excellently with a cinnamon swirl!

Here’s the recipe:

  • Start with a Chai Latte (whole milk, no water is best)
  • Add Cinnamon Dolce Syrup (1 pump tall, 2 Grande, 3 Venti)
  • Add White Mocha Syrup (1 pump tall, 2 Grande, 3 Venti)
  • Top with Whipped Cream & drizzle Cinnamon Dolce (optional) or sprinkle with cinnamon powder

**If you prefer your beverage less sweet, we suggest cutting the syrup additions by half. Enjoy!

Thanks to Gary H. of Hampshire, UK for suggesting this delightful beverage. If you have a favorite recipe you’d like to share, send it to starbuckssecretmenu [at] gmail.com and it could be featured on the website!

For most it’s a mash-up of many different things, and we think that when you put some great things together you end up with something that’s really really great like this tasty Fall Frappuccino!

Here’s the recipe:

  •  Vanilla Bean Frappuccino
  • Add pumpkin spice sauce (1 pump tall and grande, 2 pumps venti)
  • Add toffee nut syrup (½ pump tall, 1 grande, 1.5 venti)
  • Top with whip, caramel drizzle, mocha syrup and sea salt

**Even after the season is over and pumpkin spice sauce is no longer available, the recipe is still quite tasty without it. Just up the toffee nut syrup and you’re good to go.
