Starbucks Secret Menu: Caramel Apple Frappuccino

Starbucks Secret Menu: Caramel Apple Frappuccino

Caramel Apples are a childhood favorite. They make me think of fairs, festivals, carnivals and the like. The novelty of the item reminds me of a time of innocence, so when Barista Elijah S. sent in this recipe, just thinking about Caramel Apples was nostalgic!

Elijah’s Starbucks store is located right next to a high school and this recipe has become a student favorite! It sounds fantastic and will no doubt become a site favorite as well!

Here’s the recipe for a Grande (adjust for other sizes):

  • Apple Juice to the first line, whole milk to the second line
  • 3 pumps of cinnamon dolce syrup
  • 3 pumps of Cream Base
  • 2 Pumps Dark Caramel (or regular caramel)
  • Top with Whipped Cream, Caramel Ribbon Crunch, Caramel Drizzle and Cinnamon Dolce topping

Starbucks Secret Menu: Buttered Popcorn Frappuccino

Here’s a Frappuccino that tackles a different set of taste buds than you might be used to! It’s brought to us courtesy of Barista John S. of River Road Starbucks in Richmond, VA.

He prefaces this secret beverage by stating that while it sounds out of the ordinary, it tastes just like buttered popcorn and actually does taste pretty great.

Here’s the recipe:

  • Tall Toffee Nut Cream Frappuccino
  • 1 & 1/4 pack of salt

Starbucks Secret Menu: Gingerbread House Frappuccino

Here’s a Secret Menu recipe that uses Starbuck’s newest creation, the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino!

Instead of the sweetness from the caramel syrup, this beverage mixes it up and leaves you with a taste reminiscent of a fun-to-make Gingerbread House that’ll be fun to drink!

Here’s the recipe:

  • Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino
  • Made without the caramel syrup
  • Add white mocha syrup (1 pump for a tall, 2 for a grande/venti or 3 pumps if you prefer extra sweet)
  • Add chai syrup (1 pump for a tall, 2 for a grande/venti or 3 pumps if you prefer extra sweet)

Starbucks Secret Menu: The Bomb! Frappuccino

Starbucks Secret Menu: The Bomb! Frappuccino

Here’s a special beverage sent in by California Barista Jessica S.! It’s a secret menu drink she created for customers wanting a Frappuccino completely different from the others. It was such a big hit at her store that it was even nicknamed, The Bomb!

The drink has a strong flavor of espresso with a very creamy blend, yet a sweet touch of Starbuck’s caramel sauce.

Take note that the preparation of this beverage is not standard by any means, so thorough explanation of the recipe is necessary.

Here’s the recipe as written by Jessica:

  • Order heavy whipping cream (not whipped cream) blended with only cream base and ice
  • Have the barista add 3 pumps of caramel sauce to the bottom of the cup, then pour the blend into the cup and add a shot of espresso
  • Top with whipped cream and crumble topping

Big thanks to Jessica for sharing this amazing recipe with us! If you have a secret beverage you’d like to share, send it in  to starbuckssecretmenu [at] gmail.com. Attach a photo if you have one!

Starbucks Secret Menu: Cookies and Cream or Oreo Frappuccino

Known as either a Cookies and Cream or an Oreo Frappuccino, this variation is one that’s loved and has been requested by many! Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed!

*Note that there are many variations of the Oreo Frappuccino, but this one appears to be the most popular as it’s also the simplest!

Here’s the recipe:

  • Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino
  • Blended with white mocha sauce instead of regular mocha
  • Top with your choice of chocolate or regular whipped cream

Here’s the recipe if you prefer more creme than chocolate cookie flavor:

  • Vanilla Bean Frappuccino
  • Java chips blended in
  • Top with mocha syrup or cookie crumbles or both!

Tastes just like delicious cookies and cream!
